Thefirststepincommissioning an

OnTrac®

systemwillbe the assignment of the addres s  number

for each boiler. The following instructions are specific to the

TempTrac®.

If your boiler uses a

differentcontrolrefertotheprogramminginstructionforthatcontroltosetthecontroladdress.



1. EntertheProgrammingmodebypressingtheSetandDOWNkeyfor3s.

2. PresstheDOWNkey.

3. Select“Pr2”–“PAS”parameterandpressthe“SET ”key.

4. Thevalue“0‐‐”withaflashingzeroisdisplayed.

5. Use UP or DOWN

keys to input the security code in the flashing

digits;confirmthefigurebypressing“SET”.Thesecuritycodeis“321“.

6. Once you ha ve entered the Pr2 menu press the DOWN key three

timesandtheparameterAdrwillappe aronthescreenasfollows:

7. Nowpress

theSETkeyonceandthenumberwillbegintoblink.Use

thearrowkeytosettheaddressfrom(1to20).Theaddressrange(1

to12)isreservedforTier1boilersonly.Theaddressrange(13to20)

isreservedforTier2boilers.

8. Each

boilershouldbeassignedadifferentaddressinorderforpropercommunication tooccur.



The OnTrac®



may require that the real time

clockbesettomatchthelocaltime.

To change the time, go to the OPTION menu

and then the  OPTION 2 TIME screen. Use the

individualdataentrybuttonsatthebottomleft

cornerof thescreen.TheSETDAY buttonis  for

the

dayoftheweek1to7(SundaytoSaturday).

Remember to use a 24 hour clock for all

Ontrac®setupparameters.


